The COVID-19 pandemic and the rising impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) on industries, governments and individuals have significantly transformed the definition of work for both employees and organisations around the world. Specifically, it is the increased use of remote working platforms as well as the adoption of 4IR technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics & Internet of Things that are the biggest contributing factors to the changing nature of work.
